Wedding vendors are a special bunch of people, particulary One Fine Day vendors. They wear their heart on their sleeve and genuinely care about the lucky couple they assist with their special day.

We thought it was about time to introduce some of our talented wedding vendors ready to mingle with you at the One Fine Day Sydney Fair on a more personal level.

Find out about their journey and motivations when it comes to their craft. And if you want to meet any of them in person, make sure you secure your tickets to the Sydney Fair on 9+10 February here.

Stacy Brewer Cakes

Most people take many years of study and practice to test and refine their skills and craft, for some it comes much more naturally. For Stacy her vision, talent and innovation allowed her to succeed in two creative fields. Starting life as a hair stylist in Brisbane, she quickly moved into the role of Art Director, leading hair design for boutique salons in London, Brisbane and Sydney.

Through life, Stacy has always looked for new inspiration and creative experiences and 6 years ago made a bold decision to change her career and creative field. She left her successful role as Art Director and decided to study as a pastry chef. Soon after graduating she finessed her craft across Australia’s best ‘hatted’ restaurants and award winning cafes including The Grounds Of Alexandria, Andy Bowdy Pastry and Chester Street.

Her experience in life, art, and professional life has inspired her vision and the result is something that needs to be tasted to be believed. Nowadays she is taking on the Sydney cake scene creating cakes for occasions ranging from the most life-changing special events through to parties shared with best friends.

This Day Forward

3 years ago Will started ‘This Day Forward’ wedding photography. Having seen first hand the importance of a photograph, Will saw the power it holds to evoke every human emotion. His ultimate goal is to be able to share that power with you.

Will has seen and been a part of many weddings. The one thing that they all have in common is that each and every couple is surrounded by the love from their family and friends. For Will it’s all about sharing your relationship with your nearest and dearest and celebrating love at the greatest party of your life!

Will’s style is very natural. His job and passion is to capture the joy, connections and natural vibe of the day – the candid and real moments. He treats his couples like old friends and their families like his own. “I take a step back and allow you to have an amazing time with your friends and family. I’m a fly on the wall, a guest with a camera, and a friend in the background capturing the memories of your wedding day.”

The Sisters

‘The Sisters’ are nature lovers and love flower flinging together. Jointly, Esther and Naomi have over 23 years experience and have worked on such a broad spectrum of works that no idea is too crazy or too hard! They specialize in weddings but have a creative background in events of all kinds and thrive on a unique brief.

Esther and Naomi were brought up in South Sydney in the bush with big imaginations and a hard work ethic. With a Dutch family background it seems that design and floristry comes second nature to them.

With no two couples the same, The Sisters love the concept of creating and tailoring their work to your unique vision.

Eleven Events

Eleven Events only just launched in September 2018 but since then has already worked its magic on countless of occasions. Amy Middlemiss and Jessamyn Cornell have created Grazing Tables for weddings, product launches and other memorable occasions for Charlie Dehaas, Founder of Clean Treats Factory, and Nadia Fairfax as well as brands such as Sir the Label, Stylerunner and The Shelter Wellness Studio.

Amy and Jessamyn use Eleven Events as an expression of their wanderlust nature, where bars can wander and grazing tables are conscious creations designed to share with lovers and friends. With a combined background in events and styling they knew they could bring something new to the wedding scene that focused on creating magical moments for lovers and friends alike.

From January 2019 you’ll be seeing the same luxury bohemian vibes that they have been bringing to their styled Grazing Tables as part of their Wandering Bar. Serving botanical cocktails, tap beer and chilled vino, all locally sourced and with a focus on quality and sustainability.

Visitors to One Fine Day Sydney will be able to experience the bar in action, graze at one of their beautifully crafted boards and also get a glimpse at their event styling.
